Karan, Dental Technician/Dental Assistant
As a child, Karan was always working with her hands, building models, drawing sketches or painting with acrylics. She realised that dentistry combined science, her favourite subject, with artistry, and knew it would be the perfect field to enter.
She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery earned in India, and undertaken additional education to obtain a Master of Dental Public & Primary Health and a Diploma of Dental Technology in Australia.
With a caring and gentle demeanour, Karan enjoys working with patients and sharing her knowledge of dentistry with them. Outside of East Fremantle Dental Centre, she loves being with family and friends, painting with acrylics, cooking and watching movies.
Krystina, Front Office Coordinator
Krystina, Front Office CoordinatorKrystina loves meeting new people of all ages and backgrounds, enjoying putting them at ease with a chat and assisting them in having a positive dental experience. With a beautiful, welcoming smile and a caring nature, she builds relationships with our other team members and patients alike.
The sense of youth and happiness Krystina brings to our practice makes her easy to connect to, particularly for the children who visit our clinic.
Krystina is attending university to complete a bachelor’s degree. She likes to spend her time with family and friends, looking after her young cousins, sewing, baking and travelling to experience different cultures and taste yummy food.
Laura, Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist
At age 16, Laura knew that she wanted to become a dental therapist thanks to a careers book she looked through in year 11. She holds a Certificate IV in Dental Clinic Assisting and is currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in oral health therapy.
Laura’s favourite part of her job is seeing patients who are empowered to take steps in improving their oral hygiene and experiencing the benefits of their new habits. She finds it fulfilling to support patients, making sure they feel happy and comfortable at each dental visits.
With a charming smile and a soft nature, our patients love Laura, particularly kids and seniors, who enjoy the sense of serenity and kindness she brings.
Outside of work, Laura loves to spend time with family and friends, listen to music, attend concerts and having solo dance parties in her living room.
